This project includes the addition of a detached two-car garage, with a guest suite on the second level. The structure was designed with high-bay garage doors to accommodate a boat and large utility vehicle, connected via driveway extension off of the main parking area. The upstairs living area includes a master suite, master bath, half bath, walk-in closet, and kitchenette. We also coordinated the addition of a pool, whirlpool and back patio connecting both the main house and guest house.
